How do I return my order?
We are not offering return or refund in any case.
How do I exchange my order?
Those all product which you purchase in the sale that is not exchangeable.
You can exchange your goods with other same price range with 14 days of your purchase.
In this case customer responsible for shipping & handling charges.
How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order we were processing it. So if you want to cancel your order you can cancel it before processing.
I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods?
If you receive wrong goods or receive those items which you don’t order we will exchange them for your desired item.
How do I return defective goods?
You may return your order to Clothing Shop Online within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Enarkali.com Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. But we will try that you receive your order 4-5 working days.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
We offer international shipping But shipping charges will pay by the customer.
We do not currently offer international shipping and can’t accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
What if I order something and it is out of stock?
We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.
